CANNES -- May 15, 2009 -- Regent Worldwide Sales, the sales affiliate of Regent Entertainment, and CineTel Films announced today that they entered into a strategic alliance for international sales of television and DVD rights. Specifically, they will jointly attend international sales markets, thereby achieving strong market presence and economies of scale on a yearlong basis. They will also combine their back office administration and rights management systems and will operate out of CineTel's West Hollywood headquarters.

CineTel's Paul Hertzberg will manage the alliance. With almost 30 years of experience, he has been an innovative force in providing cost effective motion picture alternatives for a worldwide market. Regent's sales efforts will continue to be headed by Adam Wright and Liz Mackiewicz. CineTel's top sales executives will be Marcy Rubin and Eric Bernstein.
